This last Wednesday, Microsoft released this update. Immediately I noticed that my mouse cursor responsiveness had changed. I assumed it had reset my display to like 30hz, because that’s what it feels like. However, my display is in a full 120hz and seems to be working properly. The very same mouse on another system on the same exact display has no issues.
Anyways, this is a dedicated gaming PC and it’s affecting all applications from desktop to full screen games. I’ve updated mouse drivers, VGA drivers, I’ve tried running it in lower resolutions, it doesn’t seem to matter. I’m hoping there is a solution outside of reinstalling Windows 11 and disabling automatic updates.
I’m hoping someone here can help because it’s basically made this system unusable for gaming or anything that requires precision mouse input.
